The Opening Ceremony of Hoa Lu University Academy year 2019 - 2020

In the morning of September 20th, 2019, Hoa Lu University (HLUV) solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the new academic year 2019 - 2020.

The ceremony was honored to welcome Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thanh - Member of Central Communist Party of Vietnam, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of Ninh Binh Province National Assembly Delegation.

There was also the participant of the leaders and representatives of political-social departments and organizations in the province; Education and Training offices, universities, colleges and high schools in the area; companies and enterprises having cooperation and training relations; the former leaders of HLUV and all officials, lecturers, workers and all students studying at HLUV.

Dr. Vu Xuan Truong – Rector of HLUV praised the efforts of teachers, staffs, undergraduate and graduate students to successfully implement the task in the past school year. He affirmed that the new school year of 2019-2020, entitled "Strongly renovating the management and improving the quality of education and training", would focus on continuing to make breakthroughs in university governance, strengthen the conditions of quality assurance and build a pedagogical environment. He said that in order to continue to rise and ensure the sustainable development, each teacher, each manager, every staff raise required to enhance the sense of responsibility, professional ethics, innovation and creativity in performing the work. Individuals should not be self-satisfied, but to continue to innovate and do better what they have done well. The Rector expressed his expectation for a promising new course of student, he wished them to keep up and join hands to promote the traditional values that the generations of teachers, staffs and students have cultivated. He wished the undergraduate and graduate students could quickly integrate in the new environment, build their own learning methods and achieve good results in learning and training.

The Rector announced the opening of the new school year then hit the first drum rolls.

HLUV was also pleased to receive the scholarships and prizes of domestic agencies, organizations and enterprises for the lecturers and students. The opening ceremony ended successfully, opening a new school year with new opportunities, new victories.
