I. GENERAL INFORMATION.

The Department of Administration and Management was separated from the Personnel and Administration Department.

- 02 master’s degrees; 05 bachelor’s degrees; 02 associate’ degrees; 03 intermediate degrees and 11 other qualifications

- 01 Head, 02 Deputy Head, 04 Drivers, 04 Clerks, Receptionists, 03 staff managing classrooms, 02 water and electricity staff, 06 guards, 01 staff monitoring the basic construction.

- 2 subordinate units: Administrative and Clerical Group and the Security Group

II. FUNCTIONS AND TASKS

- Consulting the Board of Managers on administration management.

- Making plans to manage, use, purchase, repair and upgrade infrastructure, and stationery.

- Being responsible for administrative management, archives, conferences service.

- Managing land, property, housing, construction works, electricity and water, household registration of staff in the university.

- Operating the use of equipment, working rooms, meeting rooms, classrooms and other assets.

- Implementing security and defense, flood and storm prevention.

- Receiving official documents, mails, telegrams, faxes ...

- Transferring official documents, mails, faxes ... to the units inside and outside the university.

- Printing and backing up all kinds of official documents.

- Managing and operating the document management software system (I office).

- Managing and using seals, providing letters of recommendation and working papers, managing the installation and use of telephones in the university.

- Welcoming guests, guiding guests to handle the work, managing the guest room and preparing accommodation for visitors to work at the university.

- Serving the sound, lights, ceremonies decoration for meetings, conferences, seminars… organized by the university.

- Managing the working hours of the university.

- Managing infrastructure, facilities, equipment, electricity, water, office equipment, stationery, ...

- Consulting on the establishment of rules and regulations about ensuring security and safety of the university

- Coordinating with the Finance Department in carrying out the procedures for payment of construction, repairing and expenditure in accordance with the current regulations.

- Advising the Board of managers on project management, supervision of construction of Hoa lư University in a new place.

III. OBJECTIVES, ACHIEVEMENTS AND DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATIONS

- Strengthening the effectiveness of management, building the team with solidarity, unity and determination to fulfill assigned tasks well.

- Performing the social and political activities as well as the activities assigned by the Board of managers...

- Being awarded Certificates of merit by People Committee of Ninh Binh province and the university.

- Being awarded the Certificate of merit by People Committee of Ninh Binh province for outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2008-2009; 2010-2011.

- Being awarded the title of “Excellent Labor group” in the emulation movement by People Committee of Ninh Binh province in the school year 2009-2010; 2013-2014.

- Being awarded the Certificate of merit for outstanding achievements in implementing the "School Safety" movement by the Manager of Ninh Binh Provincial Public Security Department in the school year 2015-2016.
