• Functions:
• The faculty is in charge of advising and being responsible to the Rector about:
• the management and training of part-time courses in accordance with the University's training programs and plans,
• the collaboration with domestic universities and colleges,
• fostering professional competence to meet the needs of the people, agencies and enterpises in Ninh Binh province.
• Responsibilities:

• To assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with concerned units in, setting up training programs and training plans for part-time courses.
• To coordinate with the Department of Testing & Quality Assurance and relevant units to organize, manage and deploy the training for part-time courses (enrollment, training, graduation, management and issuing diplomas and certificates)
• To coordinate with the Department of Personnel Management- General Affairs and the Department of Academic Affairs – Scientific Management in order to manage the teaching schedule, lecturers’ implementation progress of training programs in part-time class; manage part-time students in accordance with the regulations of the university,
• To examine and supervise the observance of rules and regulations on teaching, studying, examinations of part-time courses,
• To counselling the university leaders to cooperate with other universities, colleges and related units, enroll students for diploma, associate degree, bachelor’s degree and postgraduate training programs,
• To coordinate with the associated schools in managing the teaching activities, supervising the implementation of training programs and plans, organizing exams,
• To coordinate with the functional division of Ninh Binh Department of Education and Training and the concerned units to organize training courses for education managers and short-term fostering courses.
• To manage the records and confirm the documents of students in part-time classes as decentralized by the Rector.
• To perform other tasks assigned by the Rector.
