Hoa Lu University has established collaborative partnership with many institutions and universities of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. HLUV has also sent students to attend study tours in Russia in the cooperation in education and training between Vietnam and Russia. In the future, HLUV is going to foster the international cooperation towards foreign partners in the fields of education and training, scientific research, academic exchange, etc.
